Does anyone know if flips are legal in Wisconsin? I heard that doing flips are illegal in some states. I want to be a birddog for local investors and assign them contracts for the good deals I find. Has anyone heard about Kevin C. Myers course for quick flips, StreetSmart Investor? It sounds solid for $79. Any advice is helpful.

Flipping, wholesaling, whatever you want to call it is LEGAL in all states. The only time flipping becomes illegal, is when unethical investors, lenders, appraisers, etc falsify information in order to push a deal through when it should have not gone through in the first place. [i.e. inflated values, false loan doc’s, lack of disclosure, and phony second mortgages, etc].

Kevin Myers material is very good.
