I am completely new to real estate investing with no money down, and any other type of real estate investing. I ordered the Carlton Sheets “No Money Down” course about 6 years ago and just now started to indulge myself in it. I just recently moved to South Carolina from NY and noticed how much cheaper the real estate is here. Are there any mentors/classes in this area that are available? How would you suggest I get started?
