Thanks, Mandy. A credit card is out of the question for me since I’m digging myself out of trouble due to credit cards.

I appreciate the info and I’ll see which road I take.

Thanks again.

Hello. I?m a brand new to the investing game and am just now researching which course I should buy. I had heard some excellent things about Chuck Smith?s course and was planning on buying it, but the cost of the course has hindered me since I don?t have an extra $800 lying about. I don?t have a credit card to put it on, and borrowing it, well, I don?t know of anybody who can lend me such a large amount.

Anyway, I tried to do a little research on him on this site, through the archives, but most of the stuff I came up with has been deleted for some reason. Anybody know the scoop on him or his course? I?m trying to save up the money to buy it, but if it?s not going to be worth it, I?ll buy another course, which would probably be less expensive anyway. Any suggestions?

Call Ron LeGrand’s office. 904-886-2985. His stuff is great, and his Wholesale/Retail course might be a great place for you to get started.

I’m not sure why Chuck Smith’s stuff has been deleted. (IF anybody else knows why, I would be curious to know also). I bought his course and although I do not use his information exclusively, I have found that it is an EXCELLENT source for almost every area of real estate. It’s very down to earth and easy to read and put into action. You will find yourself reading it several times to gain a better understanding in whatever your specific area is going to be.

I also have an excellent mentor (not with Chuck Smith), so I’ve combined all of my information. I would highly recommend Chuck Smith’s course, but if there’s one specific area you are looking at, you may be able to buy a course just over that one area for cheaper than $800. Also, can you apply for a credit card? Whatever system you decide to buy - PUT IT INTO ACTION or you will just keep accumulating debt. This is your investment, so get out there and put the information you do get to use and pay off your investment! Best of Luck, Mandy
