Very tough get someone to take $150K for a house that he owes $170K. You want him to pay $20K out of pocket to leave a house with $40K in equity? If you get him to do it, I’ll hire you.

have deal. selleer wants 210 only owes 170. I want to offer 130 to start. get him to agree to under 150. then tie it up and flip for 160-210. any advice?? I am very anxious

must have been a typo. he only owes 70 not 170
