Tim, Why not begin buying properties which only needs comestic fix up and resell them for a higher price. Check out the FSBOs rather than using a realtor who doesn’t understand creative real estate investing is all about.

wholesale course. my local realtor said she could only
find about 4 fixer upper houses for sale. there is a
town of about 90k population about 45 miles from me.
should a newbie try something out of town. there really
isn’t even a war zone in our town.
