I’m anxiously awaiting Lonnie’s books I ordered to get here, been reading all
the posts and am excited to get started. Now, my only question, is there any
room for me here in the Seattle area with Steve here :-), or should I wait until

Also I’ve got good credit but not much cash, none actually. Should I wait

Personally, I think the market in seattle is way too over priced and there are way too many investors in the area for Lonnie deals to work. But I would love to hear from someone in Seattle who has gotten this to work. Just my two cents.

Hey it doesn’t work anywhere in the Seattle Metro Area. ( incuding Pierce and Snohomish Co.)

I just bought 1 for $2000.00. The seller paid 2000.00+ in back taxes and to pay the existing loan off to give me clear title. I had it a month, did some fixup and sold it before I was done, for good enufff; but hey it don’t work here.

Shh don’t tell anyone!

We don’t have nearly as many parks as in other parts of the country, but there is still a large population of folks who’s main concern is “how much down and how much a month?”

I am small time because I put in little time. However, I am making good money on these deals in the Seattle area. It works where I live.
