i am putting together my first deal. seller asking 210 only owes 70. i want to offer 130 to start, and flip. does any one have any advice? i am nervous and could use some reassureance. also, when a bank issues a mortgage, then the seller gets a check for the amount ,right??

I’m not quite sure about the financial end of things, but on the price side…you don’t want to “offer” anything.
