Hi All,
My name is sandeep , new to the Real Estate Investing. Just started couple of months ago,I live in Rosevill, near Sacramento, CA. After going through all the books and grabbing as much i can, I need help in my first transaction. I need a mentor who can walk me through my couple of deals, before i start my own. I am ready to split the profit.I will find the property in my area, I need help after that.
