Hi APRIL!

I know exactly where you’re coming from, because I still deem myself as “new”.

What I would advise to you is to read these articles on here about 3 times. I’ve printed out all the articles, hole punched them, and attached them to a big binder you can buy from Office Max. I try to read them every chance I get.

Anyway, find a topic that interests you the most and focus on that one for a while. Keep in mind that you have to take into consideration your financial standings and credit because some topics deal with credit, $ down, etc. Find the one that suits you the most.

Once you’ve done that, buy a book on the subject and read it. I personally recommend RON LEGRAND’S “FAST CASH W/ QUICK TURN REAL ESTATE” because it covers a lot of topics in one book. Once you’re set on that topic (such as lease options, for example), then spring for that course. Do not overstuff your garage with courses to the point that you can’t buy a combo meal at McDonald’s.

Once you’ve acquired that knowledge, convert it into ACTION! Keep in mind that you will make mistakes, as I have done. Keep trying. Ask people on here for help. These people here know what they are talking about, are very pleasant, and will help you to succeed. You just have to ask. I’ll even help you the best way I can. Just email me at pavonbailey@usa.com.

Finally, do a deal, put some $$$ in your pockets, and take your boyfriend out to eat or party. Celebrate. then post your success story on here so that others can get insight on your accomplishments.

Hope this helps. If you need anything, feel free to ask.

Have a pleasant day.

PAVON

PS: I’m working on 3 Foreclosures out here in Long Beach I saw in the paper today. I WILL BE ASKING FOR HELP, SO PROS…BE READY!!!

Has anyone used course by Scott Rister about finding motivated sellers, at website: www.findmotivatedsellers.com

thanks

April one thing I can tell you is that this site is the best I have seen on the net, HANDS DOWN! There are so many investors giving back to us, and the site is worth its weight in gold. The info on this site is PRICELESS.

My advise to you is, when you are ready to buy, buy from this site.

I’m not a newbie but I did get a copy of Ron Legand’s “cash flow generator system”. It cuts right to the chase on how you can find deals and wholesale them for quick cash to Other Investors!

When you find the deal, you can immediately wholesale or flip it to another investor for cash. His system is short, to the point and works. I know because I’m one of the investors that buys deals from wholesalers. Most are newbies that find the deals and dont know what to do with them. Thinking they would have to buy it themselves, and being unsure or not having the money, usually kills their deals.

I ordered this system so I can tell newbies from my real estate club to get it to show themhow to go out and find deals…to sell to me…and they make their cash…everytime. It can be a good monthly income til one is ready to go to the next step themselves.

With this method, you have no cash outlay, dont need credit, no bank loans, partners and you really have nothing to lose.

The best part…It’s only 50 Bucks!

So good luck and go out and make some deals risk free!

www.cashflowgenerator.com is where you can check it out.

I get nothing from this recommendation. It is what I recommend to most newbies to actually get started. I make money and they make money. Win-Win.

Remember the key is to find the deal, then SELL IT for cash to waiting hungry investors.

Hope this helps.
Glen
