You’re right, Dan, Silverhill is a booming area. I used to live in Fairhope right after college (about 12 years ago) and I think the population around there has nearly doubled since then and is continuing to grow. I’m about an hour from there and might be interested in doing deals in your park after you get set up. Good luck.

What a small world. I moved to NC a few years ago for a job, but grew up in Fairhope. I would love to move back to the area. I still go there for the holidays.
