Hi everyone, I’m considering investing in John Stefanchick’s program this week. I looked over his info and have been researching him on the internet my question is has anyone had success with his materials?
I would love to hear any advice pro or con, are his methods saturating the arena? Would I stand a chance starting out with him or would I be spending my time just going after dead ends?
Is it better to start out buying paper and fliping it or going after properties via the Sheets method?
I appreciate any advice that you can give I really dont want to spend nine hundred bucks and find out that all I got was bogus information.
Thanks!

I am looking for someone that could help me find an investor for building, new construction, 3 phase project, at 5 million per phase.
I also have some other requests for funding.

Check out the Cash flow forum on this site, all about investing in paper. We have John Behle as our host, he’s been in the paper game investing(not just brokering) for over 20 years. The J. Stefanchik book is good basic Information, his course, don’t know.

Paper is the backbone to all RE investing(my opinion).
