My husband and I are seriously considering pursuing development of a mobile home park. Some of the land we are looking at does not have septic. Has anyone done a park putting in their own cluster system? Is this cost prohibitive? Another question we are considering is gravel versus cement for the pads. Any input on these issues is much appreciated.
