new to investing, need some info please! - Posted by rthornton

I’m looking to start investing, beginning with assigning contracts, and have a of question.
I’m looking for the best place to obtain the legal documents that I need to start out, I purchased the Carlton Sheets program a few months ago,(only to find out that it’s not really for a beginner with no funds for rental upkeep and that sort of thing), and it contains purchase contracts, and I have heard others say to get them from title companies, Kinko’s, or government offices. I don’t want to use inferior papers and get into legal trouble so I was wondering if someone could direct me to the right place. Any help would be appreciated!

a couple suggestions.
Do a google search (sometime there are for fee web sites (sa 5/form) that allow a download
checkout Inuit Business attorney or something like that… allows you to fill in the blank on forms
consult a atty for 1st “master” copy
