The Executive Summary, spreadsheets and your fee information can be found at http://www.amerifirstcap.com/.

Please call or email about how you can assist with raising the equity.

Best regards, David.

I’ve been flipping residential properties for the last 2 yrs and have build-up my bank roll that will allow my company to venture in the commerical end of RE but I don’t know were to get started and learn before I proceed. Is there any good research materials or stragties I should read before advancing. All suggestions would be helpful.

What kind of commercial property do you plan to purchase (multi-unit, office building, etc.).

Can you/your company qualify for a Full Documentation loan or would you need to seek a Stated Income/Stated Asset (no income or asset verification)loan?

It is difficult to find commercial loan situations where you can put down (less) than 10% of the purchase price, would this be a problem for you?

What price range do you expect to be looking for property?

Based on your answer to these questions, I can probably send you some information that will be helpful.

I UNDERSTAND THAT THIS IS YOUR PROJECT PROPOSAL. HOWEVER I AM LOOKING FOR SOME INFORMATION TO GET MYSELF FAMILIAR WITH THIS TYPE OF INVESTMENT BEFORE I START INVESTING. ARE YOU LOOKING FOR MULTIPLE INVESTORS OR JUST ONE TO CONTRIBUTE THE TOTAL CAPITAL NEEDED?
