As you can see, I am in NH, but my good friend has a dealership and offers me pretty low prices on new single and doubles. I am not sure if his manufacturer sends homes down to FLA, but I am happy to look into it for you.

I just started offering new homes to my customers (3 came to me this past week) and will have better pricing info for you next week. My friend has been on vacation, so I can not give you any info right now.

Does anyone have a contact or lead for “new”?

Got a price of 42.5K each for 28X40 (living area).

I’m thinking I could get somewhat of a wholesale price if I buy two.
