Hello,
I have had my real estate license in the past, more than likely will get my RE Brokers license…
Question…I attended the Learning Annex a few weeks ago and plan on getting into short sales…where do I find financing? I have perfect credit, I know people are flipping 20-30 a year and credit isn’t run if it was they would ruin it…I’m going to run all through an LLC…where do I find hard money lenders to handle transactions like this?
