Asking Price: $54,900 (Appraised $60,000)
Unit 1 - 2 bedroom (Rents for $400/month)
Unit 2 - 2 bedroom (Rents for $400/month)
Taxes, Insurance - Avg $107.50/month
Very low maintenance but do understand that there will be monthly repair costs as well. The outside could use a paint job but the structure is very solid.
My credit Score is in the 600+ range and what I am trying to do is finance this deal without the usually 20% down that the banks request.
Any help would be appreciated.
