Hi Kevin,
Thanks for your response. I recieved my course a few days ago and I’m on (chp 9). I’ll read up on the mobile home section since they are very plentiful in my area and I could use a quick deal. By the way I live in Iberia parish. There’s a mobilehome park in nearly every neighborhood in this area. I’ll do a little research . Your deal sounds pretty good. I wish you the best of luck on it.

Hi,I found this site by pure accident, but I would now guess it was fate. I’ve read many of the messages and I found most of them very informative. I would like to thank each of you for your comments positive or not it all stimulates thought.
I live in Vidalia, LA. I just started on Nov 1, and am keeping track with my days before my first closing (supposed to be 50 according to C.S.) I live in a tight sellers market, so I decided to go with the easy stuff first. I will buy a mobile home tomorrow for $2,300 and move it to either a park or developed property (I’ll decide tomorrow). I’m looking for about $175/mo cash per month, but I’ll settle for $150. My next project will be in the 25K range for permament housing. That is the one I will have to be a little more creative with. I may be starting small, but I have big dreams!
