If this is the lam law I am familiar w/ you, you’re not prohibited, you just have to put specific language in the contact (in certain point font)

I heard there was a new law that makes it illegal to buy from a “Motivated Seller” for less than a certain percentage of FMV, what ever that is. Can Someone steer me in the right direction to know what the law means?
