I just wanted to let those of you in the PHX Metro Area know about a great place to go network with other investors.
My Name is Kevin Sparks and I am the Founder of the Worldwide Success Network…the Largest Cashflow Club in Arizona. Our group consists mainly of advanced, novice, and beginning investors.
We usually meet 2-4 times a month in different areas of the Valley. When we meet we usually have 80+ people at our events.

I take it this is a for profit club for your profit? Not a non profit Real Estate Investor Association (REIA)and you are advertising?

There is no charge to attend and no sales pitch. We cover costs via sponsors. Most REIAs have a membership fee and speakers that sell products and bootcamps. We aren’t a REIA. We have a great local REIA in our area already. We are less formal and more social. It’s easier to build relationships that way.

and take other peoples money that way. I doubt that yours offers more than the local REIA. They should check out the local REIA first and compare.

Actually many people belong to both and I actually encourage our members to attend the local REAI and I tell our group about their meetings. There are 4 million plus people in PHX and there is plenty of room for us to happily co-exist. I am actually good friends with our REIA founder. He even tells his member about our events.

Kevin. I commend you. You seem like a person that may and I emphasize may have your members good interest at heart. Your congeniality with your sister REIA is commendable. What do you really think your club offers that the REIA does not?

Our group isn’t JUST FOR REI. We offer entrepreneurs of many interests an opportunity to learn and network. We often have REI content but we also add in general business and personal development. I think these things help aspiring RE Investors…experienced or not. Our local REIA understands that will fill in some gaps and that we compliment what they do.
