I’m new to this site and also the concept of the “Lonnie Deal”. I’ve purchased both of his books and am studying and learning my local market. I’d love to network with others on this site who are also doing these types of deals to brainstorm, ask questions and bounce ideas off one another. I haven’t bought my first MH yet but have been looking every day in the local paper and also Craigslist.
