Needed docs for a "Subject to" deal - Posted by Walt

First of all I don’t do subject to purchases. However, having reviewed both Bronchick’s and John Cash’s material, I can say that both can get the job done.

Ca$h has done over 500 transactions. Bronchick is an attorney so he is more familiar with the law.

Cash’s course is less expensive and easier to understand. One man is an atty the other is a marketer/promoter. You decide.

Can anyone give me direction where I can find helpful documents or paperwork for a “subject to” deal?

Walt,

You are asking for too much. I don’t know one site or person that will give you docs for free. Check out legalwiz.com for free forms.

If it’s not there try cashnowusa.com. John Cash, the author, comes here quite often and has sold over 500 homes using subject-to.

He must be doing something right.
