Need trust declaration form - Posted by Sara_CA

Can someone give me a sample trust declaration that you have used to hold property? It will explain a lot.
One of the things I am confused is that if I name myself as the trustee of the trust, and hold title as “John Smith, trustee of the Oak Street trust,” instead of “John Smith”, where is the anonymity?
Or, if my corp holds the title, “abc corp, trustee of the Oak Stree trust”, will the purpose of avoiding due-on-sale-clause be defeated?
Your comments, or sample trust declaration form is greatly appreciated.

You need a trust agreeemnt, NOT a “declaration” form, and your trust should NOT bear your name or ID…preferably should be “123 Main St. Trust”, or something similarly anonymous…and the trustee’s address, for receipt of tax statements, should not be your home address…might use a USPS or UPS mail box for trust’s address.
And, as I’ve said many times herein, all kinds of trust forms to be freely found and copied at any county law library in USA…all free to tax payers.
Just ask the law librarian where the form books are and help yourself.
