Ron Legrand is the “quick turn” king. Joe Kaiser has an excellent quick flip course, “The Hunt for Abandonned Properties.” I just got his in the mail last week and am about half way through it.
I have gone thru the C.S. course and Ron LeGrands “fast cash”. AS a result I purshased a 3 flat and turned a s.f. for $20,000 profit. I would like more indepth knowledge of the realestate investement business. My question is does anyone have a recommendation on a course. I have been introduced to what R.L. offers but seems like I invest my money in a course and find out that if I want the real juice I have to invest in the more advance, and more more advance…seems like a money pit. Any other suggestions?

Hi Robjan,
I’m going to attend an upcoming workshop that Bill Bronchick is doing in Dallas next weekend, ?How to Create a Real Estate Cash Cow!?. I hear Mr. Bronchick is excellent. After next weekend I?ll know!
Bill Gatten is another buy I?d like to learn from. From what I read, authored by people at this site, other sites, and periodicals I read, he is the guy to link up with when it comes to Trusts.
