I need help in securing private money or hard money lenders
to acquire more rehab deals in the Baltimore Metropolitan area. Iam the principle of a small company looking to buy, rehab and market properties to first time home buyers in our area. There are a lot of good deals just slipping through my fingers, because of lack of funding.

Basically, I need someone who is looking to invest in a small company and get a great return on their investment. I only need funding for a short time per deal. I appreciate any help, references or advice on this subject…
