I agree with Tyler, details of the package would attract people to your project. How much are you personally putting in? What is appraised value, location, type of property, etc. Put it together in a professional proposal and you will find the money

I need to raise about $250,000 fast for a 1000+ unit apartment building in Ohio. Where can I find commercial lenders or private lenders who can move quickly if the opportunity is right for them? The money doesn’t all have to come from one source.

Chump change - Posted by Bill

250K is chump change for a 1000 unit deal and the people who are involved in projects that size arent usually found asking for investors on sites such as this.

Are you sure you are on the right website.

Hi Bill,

Thanks for your reply. Yes, I’m sure I’m on the right website

We have the rest of the financing in place – we’re just 250K short. Any ideas?

The deposits should more than cover that.

Thanks, but we’ve already included deposits. We are still 250K short, and are looking for private investors to raise the money. Any ideas on where to find private investors quickly?

If you have the experience and capicity (financing) to handle a deal of this size, you should have a network of people that can come up with this. If you still are insistant. Post details price, income statement, financing details you have lined up. Think about it, I dont know you from adam. Present a professional proposal and those with money may email you to take it to the next step… otherwise i think everybodies time is wasted (at least 99% of the time).
