Have you tried listing them in the Classified section of Creonline?
What about Ebay?
Your local real estate investment group? Partners?
Flyers at surrounding stores, hospitals, businesses, police stations, schools.
Are you selling them at 80% of appraised FMV?
What city are they in? Age? Size? Condition? etc.?
I normally have better success without the MLS. I put out about 20 little yellow signs at all major intersections leading to the house with words such as “No Bank Qualifying with Down Payment”, “Lease to Own”, “Owner Financing”, “Get $6,951 Free Grant Money For Downpayment”, etc.
At the right price or financing terms, someone will be willing to move in the winter.
