Hi,
I am in dire need of the lowest possible rate for refinancing my home somewhere around 7.0% or below. The problem is that I presently owe a litle less than 90% of my home’s value; and because of all the investment property I own I also have a low credit score (although I have rating of “1” scoring throughout!). Can someone recommend a good broker or banker for a solution?
