The lending market has tightened up quite a bit, especially since that Ameriquest mortgage fiasco. I may know some private lenders, but they are charging quite a bit higher than market rates on loans now.

I need a lender for Florida. I have about 40 lots per month that I buy and sell. Things are getting tighter, but can still sell my lots. I have many people who want to purchase but need a lender I can work with to get the people approved once they have picked a lot out of my inventory. I know there are still 100% financing programs so it shouldnt be all that tough of a thing to do. If someone is interested please let me know.
