I am the Managing partner of a mortgage company here in MN.
We do about 95% business with investors and are currently looking for a lender who can handle a large volume of loans. The average loan size will be 400K and our investors will be buying 5 at a time. We have atleast 20 loans per month currently projected with growth to 40/50 inside 6 months. I am looking for a lender not a broker. Possibly a portfolio or even private lender if the terms are ok.

Rick Lewis- Personally I think the only lender that will be interested in this will be a portfolio lender, I would put together a business plan and personally hand it to local lenders. I would be more than willing to help out.
