Hello Everyone,
I am working on a sandwich L/O in Richmond Va and the seller of the house needs to L/O a house in the Lancaster area of PA. He has got a new job in the area and is starting his job next week and wants to move the rest of the family as soon as he can.
He is looking for a $175,000 to $200,000 house to L/O.
If he can find a house to L/O I will be able to L/O his. So any help would be greatly appreciated.
This should be a win win for everyone involved.
