Joe’s course is a good one and great way to make a good return on your money. If not a unique idea, its one i’ve never heard of before. You need the have access to the county records. Software is included. Like the other courses it works if you do.

I am a newbie to the sites. I have heard of Joe Kaiser’s products, but not his Lien course. Have anyone use it with success? Please let me know if this course work well. I am thinking about buy one of the lien course. Can anyone recommend other course that may be superior.
