Can anyone provide a list of hard-money lenders in Missouri that will close on loan fast? I need a lender that will loan based on stated income (investor - self employed), and value of property in as-is condition. My credit score is low (500) and I have a recent (12/00) chapter 7 bankruptcy.
I have a list of bank owned properties that will be auctioned off this month. They are being sold as-is condition. I have money for down payment but need a lender that can close on loan fast given my low/bad credit.
