READ READ READ. My best advice is to read as many books as you can on forming partnerships and general investing. If you do not have money of your own, you will need to find a deal to bring to the table for a partner to buy and/or do the fix-up work. Good luck.

Here’s the situation. I am a young (intellegent) woman, still in college. My major has only to do with computers and not with real estate or business. I have newly been introduced to the concept that you can start to be an investor with no money down and no credit. I have no extra money to invest and only have a very little amount of credit, but I am very smart and a go-getter type of person. Any advise to get started would be highly appreciated. This seems like a business I could really jump into. I like a challenge! So if anyone has good beginning tips, hit me with them because I need all the help I can get.
