It depends because every attorney is different. My attorney would charge around $100.00 to review all docs.

I think you should first get a course or book on flipping. Check out steve Cook’s site, or buy Bill Bronchick’s book, “flipping Properties” at Barnes and nobles. The book is less expensive and it has a wealth of knowledge.

The best advice that I can give you is to purchase one of the courses offered here. They walk you through the process plus provide you with the appropriate forms. Take the forms to an attorney and have him/her review them so that they comply with your local state regulations.
