Where is it located, how many sq ft, what is the condition, how many beds, how many baths, have you read the archives? Look for owner financing in archives, and we can’t evaluate a deal without know ing more about it.

First deal… I would like to get an opinion(s) on a deal… I know this lady who wants to get rid of a place for 38000… NO second mortg, or any other leins on the prop… I would like to know, how could I do this without going through a bank, mortgage co, etc… to acquire this prop w/ tenants… THank YOu…
