Greetings everyone:

Can anyone point me in the right direction for the forms I need to create an entity in the state of GA? I’m actually going to forward them to a seller from whom I just purchased a property. The Administratrix now needs to create the entity ‘The Estate of Mary Jones’ so that she can cash the check and disburse the funds appropriately.
