I’m looking for underperforming commercial properties due to poor managment or marketing, but in great condition. The type of properties my firm is currently seeking is self storage, senior living, or mobile home park properties. I’m affiliated with a nationwide company. Just to let you know i’m not an agent or a broker. I’m the junior partner in the firm and gather the facts. If the deal looks like it has potential i’ll pass it along to my senior partner and he’ll negotiate it out and discuss the details.
