I have seen some mobiles in my area that have been repossessed by the park they are located in, and are being sold with owner financing. You may want to check with your local parks. Even if you don’t want to live in a park, mabey they’ll still finance for you, and let you move it. These mobiles were double wides - around $19,000 or so.
It doesn’t sound like your wanting to invest, just wanting to get a place to live in yourself. Am I right?
