Hello to all,

Does anyone on this site know of a hard money lender in NJ? I purchased a 3 family subject to for cash. It needs gut renovation. In the meantime, I’m in process of buying the mortgage on an abandoned 6 family which I will then foreclose and that’s also going to need gut renovation, and I’ve just signed a contract to buy a sfh in NJ that needs a little work.
