I just sold a house last month on a delayed settlement contract (not too different to an L/O).

I ran the following ad in the main daily for 8 days and two issues of the Pennysaver and another community paper, I got about 20 calls and a dozen or so buyers at my website. I also had a sign in the window with similar wording, although the buyer I ended up taking came from the paper.

“Why rent? Rent to own this beautiful newly renovated 3 bedroom [town] home. Call Doug [phone] or visit [website].”

Hi.

I’m trying to sell a house that I have on a L/O. I ran a very simple three line ad indicating that’s it’s a remodeled RENT-TO-OWN deal and the down pymnt and monthly payments.

My response has been very slow. Can someone suggest a good ad to increase response.
