Her courses may or may not have some worth. She herself seems to be a bit hipocritical. As President of NAREIA she supported strongly Michael Warren, a criminally convicted for fraud Guru. She has very little credibility in my book.

After doing my first sub2, i’ve decided to get serioius about RE investing. Im hooked!

I have heard Deb McMillan (shortsalesqueen.com) has a good short sale course (haven’t read it, though).
I have used the Wholesale courses by Vena Jones-Cox (regoddess.com), which are manuals and audio CDs. I highly recommend them.

Look at your Public Library. Costs nothing and when you find a book that really helps, go out and buy it.
