Not real creative but it could buy you some time.

I have started putting in… Deposit due upon acceptance of offer… This has allowed me to make multiple offers without any money out of pocket.
Now when One of my offers did get accepted I did have to put down the ernest money… but it wasn’t an issue… btw, the real estate agent I was using suggested this to allow me to work multiple properties without tieing up any money until an offer was accepted.

Trying to purchase 35 unit Broker needs deposit with offer.I can get 100% Loan if I can purchase 35 units between 65 to 70% Fmv. How can I Offer creativly? with or with out deposit?
