Bill: thanks for the link. I doubt that CA state would have
downloadable CAR forms–CAR forms are industry forms developed by
the CA Association of Realtors. It’s a private business. CAR forms are
used by everyone but only available directly to members (Realtors and
Mortgage Brokers). Please correct me if I’m wrong.

Would someone be willing to send me a CA Realtor Board contract Disclosure
form. I haven’t used the contract for two years but I have a buyer who signed
my contract but would like the disclosure form to be addended
to the contract–the one that discloses things like murder/death in the
property, etc
Is there a link where I can download the disclosure(s)? Thanks, Kristine

The California Department of Real Estate used to have all the forms used in CA on their website.
It is …http://www.dre.ca.gov…try them…they have the forms by number so you may have to search a bit but hopefuly you will find it.
