Leo, You could talk to a mortgage broker and get a pre-approval to start with. If you belong to an investment group you could find a broker through the group that understands what your doing. They should be able to help. If your in Pa I would be glad to help you.

I have been to various Property auctions without any money and have seen how properties move fast there.
What do you think I can do to be to enter into this property auctions?
