I currently own a home that my husband and I purchased. Our marriage dissolved and he has never helped w/ payments. I am really behind to the point of filing Chapter 13. However the payments are too high, I can not live off the the money left. I want to sell the property, however the other half refuses to sign to sell the property.
I need to purchase another home, but as you can guess, my credit is SHOT! What is my next move? I have seen a few properties I am interested in purchasing as a primary residence to start, but I will really need to be creative. I am studying the Sheets course but I won’t have it complete before I will have to make a decision to get out.
