I need to shut down my corporation at the end of 2008 to enable me to walk away from a lease. I’ll then start up another corporation and my income will stay the same. My concern is how I will look to the lenders after I do this.
Will they see it as new or short term employment? What’s the best way to handle this? Thanks!
