Hi,

A relative wants to deed or gift me a property which has a non assumable mortgage. I want to know if there are any lenders that will refinance me since this property would be my source of income. Secondly, if I can be refinanced, are there any lenders that do not have seasoning requirements and will allow me to cash out subject to the after repaired value. Thanks in advance for any helpful advice.
