nice to meet you. I don’t know where you live, but many Realtors usually have a service distribute flyers. I would check around with some of the Real Estate Brokerages and see who they use.
These flyers delivery people are hard to find. But I am a Realtor also, sand I get lots of flyers from delivery companies wanting to deliver flyers. The one I use charges .12 cents per flyer with 500 flyer minimum.
I live in an area where not many flyers get put out, so I am having trouble finding someone who can distribute my flyers for me. We have been doing it ourselves on weekends, but I really need a more consistent person to do it. I would like to get out at least 2000-3000 a month. From the Get The Deed course, I learned that you call the people who have them put on your box and find out who they use. I’ve only had 1 flyer put here in 6 months and the man is retired, wants to be paid hourly and wants someone to cover his Soc Security. I want someone who charges by the 1000. Any ideas on where else to check for someone to do this?
I also am following the ABC’s but I have not seen flyers in my area. I think they are illegal here. I use postcards. There are companies that will print and mail your postcards for .30-.40 each. One is copyexpress.com I think. You can get very specific lists from a title company or from Experian or other data companies. Richard Roop has a postcard service now in which he provides some marketing consultation and mails the postcards using his proven and tested methods specifically designed for REI. His information is well worth checking out.

High School Chearleaders
High School Dance Teams
These are all groups who are still trying to raise money to get to some event before the school year is over. A few hundred bucks can go a long ways and get a bunch of flyers distributed at the same time.
