Depends on what your initial goals and needs are…if you need to buy real estate with little or no money down then buy that book. If you need to do some wholesale “quickies” then buy Steve’s book. I have heard nothing but good things about his book.

Ok, this is the last time (hopefully) that I will mention potential book purchases. :wink:

These are the books/courses I am interested in purchasing - any advice or comments on them would be most appreciated:

  1. How to Get Started in Real Estate Investment (by John T. Reed)

  2. How to Buy Real Estate for Little or No Money Down (by John T. Reed )

  3. Wholesaling for Quick Cash (by Stephen Cook)

Definitely the Steve Cook course. Stay away from John Reed. IMHO
